If you’ve ever used a professional vacuum system, you know the truth: Debris is abrasive.
Every leaf, twig, and grain of sand pulled through the system acts like sandpaper on the machine’s internal housing.
Over time, this wear is the #1 enemy of a debris loader’s lifespan. In the past, when the housing wore through, the machine was finished. For the Foresteel G2 Series, we decided to change the rules of the game. We built a machine designed to be easily maintained, not replaced.

The Hardox® Advantage: Strength Where It Matters
We didn’t just use standard steel. The G2 series features replaceable Hardox® wear zones in the high-impact areas of the turbine and shredder system.
Hardox® is globally recognized as the gold standard for abrasion-resistant steel (also armor steel). By using it in the G2, we ensure:
- Maximum Impact Resistance: Stones and heavy debris won’t dent or deform the internal components.
- Extended Lifespan: The turbine blades and shredder system maintain their geometry (and efficiency) for much longer than standard steel alternatives.
The “Game Changer”: The Replaceable Hardox Wear Liner
This is the single most important maintenance feature of the new G2 generation. We have equipped the loaders with a replaceable Hardox wear liner inside the turbine housing. For background – previously, the whole housing was made of Hardox material, to reduce weight.
Why is this a breakthrough for property managers?
In traditional loaders, the housing itself is the “wear part.” When it wears out, you have to buy a new machine. With the G2:
- The wear is predictable. You can visually inspect the liner during routine maintenance.
- The repair is simple. When the liner reaches the end of its life, you simply swap it for a new one.
- The machine lasts a lifetime. By replacing the liner, you effectively “reset” the life of the machine’s most vulnerable part.
- The refurbishment cost is lowered.

Lifecycle Logic: Lowering Your Long-Term Costs
At Foresteel, we know that the purchase price is only one part of the equation. The real cost of a machine is measured over 5 or 10 years of service.
By combining Hardox® durability with a replaceable liner system—and launching it all at a lower MSRP—the G2 series delivers the lowest total cost of ownership in its class. You are investing in a machine that is built to handle the “sandpaper effect” of daily professional use, year after year.
Stop worrying about wear. Start focusing on the work.
