Orders and Shipping

What makes Foresteel products special, is that each Foresteel unit is tailored to customer’s needs. For that, each Foresteel product is produced and  assembled on order and combined with the options and accessories chosen by the customer.

  1. In case of stock availability, the production assembly queue is generally 3-5 days, in which the order is assembled, checked, packed and prepared for delivery. 
  2. In case the product or components of the product are out of stock, in manufacturing stage or pending delivery to our warehouse, the ordered goods shall be produced and issued no later than 60 (sixty) calendar days (our maximum manufacturing cycle);
    In case of such an order which is not available for assembly immediately, the customer will be notified immediately and will have an option of canceling their order. You are always welcome to chat with us to clarify this prior confirming and order.

After an order is sent delivery address can not be self-adjusted. Contact us at info@foresteel.eu immediately with your request and we can change the address for you. The address can not be changed after the pickup is underway or goods have been dispatched.

You will be sent updates about your delivery to your email and an courier will inform you with tracking information when the goods have been dispatced.

We do not keep your credit card information as we have no access to your credit card information as the payment is processed through a third party payment processor.

The prices of the Products sold in the E-shop are presented in EUR (€ EURO) without transport costs and excluding VAT – e.g. business customer price. 

We are required to add Value Added Tax (VAT) of 20% to each EU order; VAT is added and shown in shopping cart view. Supplying an valid EU VAT identification number in cart checkout qualifies the customer as Business Customer (hereinafter Business Customer) and VAT is deducted on all export sales (outside of Estonia).

The Business Customer (Non-Consumer User) expressly acknowledges that the indication in the order of a VAT identification number qualifies him as a Business Customer.

Yes, we ship Worldwide. For countries requiring container or flight transport, delivery costs are calculated on request. Automatic transport calculation available in most of EUROPE.

Based in Estonia, we have excellent transport routes, partners and connections worldwide.

We have currently shipped to over 21 countries including Australia, US and Canada in addition to most EU.

Yes, your order is shipped in one package, if not specified otherwise by Foresteel team.

For some product configurations and locations outside EU, to achieve more efficient transport, some equipment may be unassembled and fitted on an separate pallet, but only on special request by customer.

Warranty terms vary based on product type, but are of minimum 12 months.

There are two delivery methods based on product size:
Delivery with tail lift truck of pallet goods.

  • Delivery takes place on the street front with tail lift truck in order to unload the freight. No lifting equipment required

Truck delivered goods (without tail lift possibility).

  • Delivery of bigger dimension goods, such that can not be delivered on pallets through terminals. Lifting equipment required (such as forklift, loader or similar)

Transport information is specified about each product in “Equipment data” tab.

In case the product or components of the product are “Out of stock” or “Available on backorder”, the ordered goods shall be produced and issued no later than 60 (sixty) calendar days;

In case of an order that is not deliverable immediately, the customer will be notified immediately and will have an option of canceling their order and money returned.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

FORESTEEL accepts return requests for complaints, as well as for non-defective goods. It is possible to request a return within 14 days under these conditions: possession of receipt or invoice; products complete with packaging and in perfect unused condition.

Immediately report to FORESTEEL via e-mail (info@foresteel.eu) with a brief, and as most exhaustively as possible, description of the parts missing and attach the related images.

We will then swap your wrong items as soon as possible.

In case of receipt of damaged goods:

Photograph the damaged package next to the courier van. Photograph the damaged parts.

State in writing on the delivery note that the courier has signed: “subject to checking, goods visibly damaged or missing”. Photograph the aforementioned delivery note.

Immediately report the damage to FORESTEEL via e-mail (info@foresteel.eu) with a brief, and as most exhaustively as possible, description of the incident and attach the related images as indicated above.

The customer has the right to return the Product within 14 days of receiving the goods (except for special orders, see clauses 5.9 and 5.10).

  • Exclusion of the right to withdrawal of Business Customer (Non-Consumer Users): The Business Customer (The Non-Consumer User) is not entitled to withdraw from the contract of sale or delivery of the Products. The User expressly acknowledges that the indication in the order of a VAT identification number qualifies him as a Business Customer (Non-Consumer User).
