With more than 20 years of experience in the municipal, landscaping, and green care sectors, Theo brings valuable expertise and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by cities, contractors, and professionals maintaining large outdoor areas. He has worked with several highly respected companies in the industry, including Wave Weed Control, Empas, Heatweed, and Vitra.
Expanding Foresteel’s Presence in the German Market
Germany continues to be one of Foresteel’s key markets in Europe. With the addition of Theo, we are expanding our local capacity to better support our dealer network, municipal customers, and groundskeeping professionals across the country.
Theo joins our existing representative Paap Villako, forming a strong local team committed to helping customers identify the right solutions for their needs.

Product Training and On-Site Preparation
To ensure Theo is fully prepared to advise customers and partners, he recently completed a comprehensive product training program at our headquarters and production facility in Estonia. The training included hands-on demonstrations, setup guidance, and deep dives into customer use cases.
With this knowledge, Theo is ready to provide expert support in configuring the best equipment setups, recommending compatible accessories, and answering detailed technical and commercial questions.
